Tummy time is over!!
I'm not sure I can stop Maxton from tummy time, but I'm going to try!! He's getting so close to crawling, he's like right there up on all 4's almost ready to scoot. I would rather have him not crawling this early as I'm just fine with him rolling everywhere as he usually stays in about the same area. If he starts crawling, he'll be everywhere!! Then I won't be able to leave the room AND everything still needs babyproofed! I'm just not ready! Gosh, they get so big so quick. Too quick for Mommy! Here's some cute pictures of our sweet, sweet boy.

Our Big Boy
I can't believe I no longer have a baby that is in an infant car seat and can sit in big boy chairs. Now when we go to a restaurant, we bring our seat cover and Maxton sits in the high chair while we eat. (This helps to create some padding b/c he still likes to fling back sometimes) He is so good too! He is nosy like his mother and looks around at all the people and at what is going on around him. That keeps him pretty occupied and we haven't ran into a grumpy fit yet. Here he is for the first time in a high chair!
Thanks Grandma Pat, Uncle Scott, Aunt Jen, Braden and Kenzie!
Thanks Grandma for the Vtines gift! Thank you for bringing Braden and Kenzie down to visit me. Mommy said they had a lot of fun at the Notre Dame-Buckeyes Hockey Game! She said the good team won. Go Bucks!
Thank you Uncle Scott, Aunt Jen, Braden and Kenzie for the Diego Bubbles and the Pupply Love book for Vtines Day. I had fun while Kenzie was reading the book to me. I can't wait for Mommy and Daddy to play Bubbles with me this summer!

Thanks Kenzie for feeding me my lunch too!

Congratulations Matt!
I'd like to Congratulate my smart little hubby for making the Dean's List last quarter at Columbus State. Not only is he a handyman, has common sense, and is a great friend, he's also smart too!!! Way to go my well-rounded smartypants!!
New position at North American
So it has been busy at work again. I was traveling quite a bit in January. Thank goodness I don't have to go away again until the end of March sometime. I work for a Supply Chain Company out of Chicago called North American Corporation. Some of you may know Kelly Doege one of my friends from college who is responsible for introducing me to the company. She is the Account Manager for Wrigley. I am positioned on site at Abbott Nutrition as a Program Manager essentially. I was managing programs on the HCP (Healthcare Professional) side of the business, i.e. products that go to sales reps to give to Doctors in the field to promote Abbott products such as Similac, Glucerna, Ensure, Juven, EAS, ZonePerfect, Pedialyte, etc. I have now moved over to the retail side of the business and am managing the corrugate displays that appear in Sam's Club, Target, WalGreens, etc. So If you see one of these displays out in the marketplace, you can think of me as I helped to source and manage the production of the display, the co-packing of putting the product in the display and the delivery of the finished good to the marketplace. Sounds fun, hunh!?? :) It is very new as I've only been doing this for about a month, but I think I will enjoy working with my vendors to come up with creative drawings and to work with Abbott Marketing to figure out how they can sell more products by these types of Displays.

Maxton Sicky!
Poor little Maxton came down with his first cold. He's been coughing and sneezing and that little nose of his keeps running. Poor little guy. I stayed home with him on Monday to give him a little TLC. He was up all night Sunday night almost every hour. So Maxton nor Mommy or Daddy got any sleep. So on Monday Mommy and Maxton took two long naps together in her bed. Those are the moments!! He's starting to recover- you can hear the cough breaking up in his chest and his nose is starting to run less. So we marked it in his baby book that he went through his first sicky.
